Aromas in Coffee

Aromas in Coffee is a bilingual scratch-and-sniff book I wrote with Junia Kim. It introduces the scents behind a cup of coffee through photographs, English and Korean text, and pages made to be smelled as well as read.

Cinnamon, orange, hazelnut, smoke, and other familiar aromas give readers a way to recognize the more elusive notes in coffee. The book pairs each aroma with a still-life photograph and a short description.
