Boiler

Boiler is a Mac tool for giving moving images the restless edge of hand-drawn animation. An editor can bring in a video or GIF, compare the original with the treated frame, and adjust line movement before processing the result.

The interface separates line boil, edge detection, color-channel offsets, and grain into controls that can be tuned independently. A side-by-side preview shows the source beside the treated frame while those settings change.
