Furioso

Furioso continues the musical-game ideas I explored with Poptank. Live pitch detection listens to a guitar or piano through the microphone while the player follows notation, exercises, and songs. Notes played on the instrument produce immediate feedback on screen.

The Song Editor supports original exercises and MIDI imports. Players can build practice parts from a larger piece and edit the notes alongside backing audio and video. Sync controls keep the written part and the recording together.

The captured game footage follows the note grid and on-screen feedback during play. The player can see how a note from the instrument enters the game and changes what happens next.
