Robonos

Robonos is an AI customer-service tool we use at Wonderful Dental. It learns the company’s information and connects support work with Shopify, ShipStation, and ShipBob, so answers can draw on product knowledge, orders, and shipping details.

Its Chrome extension helps answer customer emails, locate packages, troubleshoot problems, and prepare replies. A person reviews and completes the response. The website chatbot can also build tickets and alert the team when a question needs human attention.
